Discovery Sandton Headquarters
Construction of Discovery’s new 112,000m2 headquarters located in the hub of Sandton began in November 2014 and completed October 2017. The iconic building has become the largest new build project to receive a 5 Star Green Star rating by the Green Building Council of South Africa to date.
Tiber/WBHO JV was the main contractor responsible for constructing the insurance giant’s new home and implemented C-COM Solo to help them better identify delays during construction and respond appropriately to such delays in terms of their obligations under the JBCC conditions of contract.
